If you need your massager to have power, this is the one for you. I thought I did, but I don't need this much power. I'm glad I bought the one with two speeds. The high speed is like a commercial strength power tool! Even the low speed is a bit too much for me, but I have to say it gets the job done. The attachment was o.k., but I would prefer a softer attachment. It is loud, but most that are powerful probably are loud. All I can say is that it's very powerful, always ready (no charging) and does what it is meant to do everytime!
